  • 1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 Cup Dry Sherry
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 Teaspoons Dry Mustard
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 1/2 lbs Partially Frozen Boneless Sirloin Steak, 1" Thick

Preparation

Step 1

n shallow dish, add soy sauce, sherry, sugar, mustard and garlic. Cut meat in thin strips, thaw, add to marinade, let stand 15 minutes at room temperature.
Grill 5 minutes, basting with marinade, turn and grill other side, basting with marinade.
