Christmas Morning Egg Casserole

This is a huge hit with my family. They look forward to it every year.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of sausage
- 2 dozen eggs
- 1 can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 1/2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
brown and mash sausage
soft scramble the eggs and do NOT use milk
Layer the mixture:
sausage
eggs
suasage
eggs
pour the can of mushroom soup over the top. Do not dilute.
Cover top with grated cheddar cheese
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes to melt cheese.
This can be made ahead. It freezes well.
