Ingredients
- 2 boxes apricot jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 16 oz crushed pineapple(save the juice)
- 1 8oz cream cheese
- 1 container whip cream
Preparation
Step 1
mix jello and boiling water
mix all the above except pineapple juice and refrigerate until slightly thickened
mix cream cheese and pineapple juice-add to thickened jello then fold in 1 container whip cream
