jewish apple cake

Ingredients

  • 4-6 apples, peel and slice
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 4 tsp sugar

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup orange juice or apple cider

Preparation

Step 1

mix together in bowl and set aside

beat together and pour 1/2 batter in greased spring-foam or bundt pan. arrange 1/2 apples on top. pour remaining batter on top of apples.

arrange remainder of apples on top of batter.
