- 1 Tbsp. olive oil, for browning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 1/2 cup water or beef broth
- 2 Tbsp. Merlot Sauce
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 bay leaf

Directions
Heat oil in pan over medium heat. Season beef tips with salt and pepper and brown in preheated oil. Combine water/broth and gravy mix, pour over beef. Add the Merlot Sauce and mushrooms, stir to combine. Turn heat to low, toss in bay leaf and cover for 30-60 minutes. Makes about 6 servings.
