Ingredients
- 12 cups chopped cooked turkey (or chicken)
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 14 oz can chow mein noodles
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 celery stalk, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients in the slow cooker. cook on low for 3-4 hours.
serves 4
chow mein noodles are crispy dried noodles available in cans and packages. if using packaged noodles, measure 1 3/4 cups.
