Egg Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. sausage
  • 6 slices cubed bread
  • 8 oz. cheddar cheese
  • 6-8 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp. mustard
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Layer sausage, bread and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Put in refrigerator overnight (covered).

Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hr.
