Ingredients

  • lb. sausage

  • 6

    slices cubed bread

  • 8

    oz. cheddar cheese

  • 6-8

    eggs

  • ¼

    tsp. dry mustard

  • 3

    cups milk

  • 1

    tsp. salt

Directions

Brown sausage. Beat eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Layer sausage, bread and cheese. Pour egg mixture over all. Put in refrigerator overnight (covered). Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 hr.
