Ingredients
- 2 cups Jasmine rice
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 2 tbs. dry shredded unsweetened coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Oil pan.
Place rice, coconut milk, water, shredded coconut in pot. Set over high heat. Stir until liquid comes to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce to low. Cover. Simmer 15 mins.
