Ingredients

  • 2

    cups Jasmine rice

  • 2

    cups coconut milk

  • cup water

  • 2

    tbs. dry shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions

Oil pan. Place rice, coconut milk, water, shredded coconut in pot. Set over high heat. Stir until liquid comes to a gentle boil. Once boiling, reduce to low. Cover. Simmer 15 mins.
