Ingredients

• 3 cups self-rising flour
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 10 oz beer at room temperature
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 3/4 cup minced onion
• nonstick cooking spray

Step 1

preheat oven to 350. combine all ingredients. pour into a lightly sprayed 9 inch loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
