Ingredients
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 slices multigrain bread
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and sliced
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crisp, then drain on a paper towel. Spread the bread with the mayonnaise, then cover 1 slice with the cheddar cheese and the bacon. Top with the apple slices and the other bread slice. Slice diagonally.
