Arthichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz cream cheese
  • 12 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 small jars of marinated artichoke hearts (drain well)
  • Bread bowl with crackers

Preparation

Step 1

Cut artichokes in pieces, combine all ingredients and mash. Bake in uncovered cassserole dish (oval) for approximately 25 minutes at 350. Serve warm and scoop up with bread and crackers.
