Relishes - Cranberry Relish - Judy Tribby

Ingredients

  • 1 package fresh cranberries
  • 1 apple
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package cranberry jello
  • 2 cups of sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Rinse and drain cranberries. Chop until fine in a food processor. Core apple but leave the peel on it. Chop in food processor until fine. Peel orange and chop in food processor until fine. Remove and discard any seeds. Mix together well.

Prepare jello with 1 cup boiling water. Pour sugar over fruit and mix well. Add the hot jello and nuts. Mix and cool in refrigerator. Recipe can be doubled.
