Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice (cooled)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 grated onion
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 cup of finely chopped celery
Preparation
Step 1
Cook shrimp; peel, devein and chill. Combine chopped shrimp and celery in bowl. About 1 hour before serving, combine mayonnaise, onion and lemon juice. Stir into shrimp and celery. Add rice. Chill
