Ingredients
- 3 1/2 - 4 lbs. beef roast (rump, sirloin)
- 1 Env. Ialian salad dressing
- 10 oz. can beef broth
- Hoagie Rolls
Preparation
Step 1
Place roast in crockpot. Combine all other ingredients. Pour over roast. Cook on low 12-14 hours. After roast is done, shred and place on hoagie rolls
