Ingredients
- 2 4 oz halibut filets 2" thick
- 2 Tbsp. & 2 tsp. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. & 2 1/4 tsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. & 2 1/4 tsp. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c. panko
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425, put fish in dish with sides. Mix all ingredients except panko, put on fish. Sprinkle with panko. Bake 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes easily.
