bloody mary with siracha

Ingredients

  • 4 cupstomato juice (preferably Campbell's)
  • 1 cupdill pickle juice
  • 1/4 cupfresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoonprepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoonscurry powder
  • 1 teaspoonSriracha
  • 1 teaspoonkosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspooncelery seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 2 cupsvodka
  • 8 celery stalks
  • 8 lemon wedges

Preparation

Step 1


Combine first 10 ingredients in a large pitcher. Chill overnight.


Add vodka to pitcher; stir well. Fill tall glasses with ice. Divide Bloody Mary cocktail among glasses. Garnish each with a celery stalk and a lemon wedge.
