Pear crisp

Ingredients

  • Topping:
  • 6 medium barlett pears-pealed and sliced thinly
  • 3 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or brown sugar-better)
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/2 cup outmeal
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp mace (or nutmeg)
  • 1/4 cup of margarine

Preparation

Step 1

Mix the pears with the lemon juice, sugar, and flour. Spoon into a sprayed pan.

Set the oven at 400. Put the topping together and cut in 1/4 cup of margarine...mix till crumbly and put over pears. Bake for about 45 minutes.
