Ingredients
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 cup cut up cooked chicken
- 1 (4 oz) can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 (2 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Mix Bisquick and water and watch until soft dough forms; beat vigorously about 20 strokes. Gently smooth dough into a ball on a floured cloth covered board. Knead 5 times. Roll into a rectangle 14x10 inches. Place into dish so edges are 1/2 inch up side. Mix remaining ingredients; pour evenly over dough. Bake until edges are golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
