Baked Brie with Fig Sauce

This is a killer and so easy--plus you can get the ingredients ahead and keep on hand for dreaded drop in guests!

Ingredients
- 1 large (16 oz.) Brie round
- 1 jar fig sauce
- Assorted crackers
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 500.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Trim and discard rind from top of Brie, leaving a 1/3 inch border on top.
Spread fig spread onto top of cheese where rind has been removed.
Place Brie on prepared pan.
Bake for 5-10 minutes.
Serve with assorted crackers.
