Step 1

Take a 4 to 5 lb bone in Bonston Butt. In a stock pot whisk 64 oz chicken broth, 1 c BBQ rib, 10 oz bottle of Worcestershire Sauce, 10 oz honey bear. Add the pork and simmer for 2-4 hours, until fork tender. Then grill the roast over direct beat, basting with the broth, and add hickory chips to the charcoal for smoke. Grill until desired amount of charring has occured, creating inside and outside meant. Remove and let cool enough to shred with fork. I TRIED THIS 12/2011, I USED A 3 LB BUTT, I DID NOT READ RECEIPE WELL AND DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DO THE GRILLING. THE MEAT WAS NOT FORK TENDER AND I THOUGHT IT WAS OK, YET THE KIDS ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, AS SANDWHICHES. IN FURTURE TRY TO GRILL IT, THAT WOULD PROBABLY BE REALLY GOOD.
