Sauerkraut in a Slow Cooker

Ingredients can be up to the individual cook. Just make sure you layer the potatoes and kielbasa on the bottom where they will cook better.

Ingredients
- Potatoes to cover the bottom of a crock
- Kielbasa or Smoked Sausage
- Sauerkraut
- Sliced onion
- brown sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Peel and quarter enough potatoes to cover the bottom of a crock pot. Layer kielbasa/sausage over the potatoes. Dump sauerkraut and juice over all, making sure they cover the meat and potatoes. Place onion on top and sprinkle with a little brown sugar. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or on low all day.
