Ingredients
- 1 10 oz can cream style corn
- 1 10 oz can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 pkg Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Preparation
Step 1
Do not drain corn. Melt margarine, beat eggs; mix with other ingredients. Place in greases 8x10 casserole dish.
Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes or until light brown and center is firm.
Recipe Note: Can use 16 oz cans of corn and 1 egg
