Ingredients
- 12 Granny Smith apples, cut into fourths
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 tsp allspie
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in crock pot. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. Mash apples with potato masher or large fork. Cook on low 1 more hour, stirring occassionally. Cool about 2 hours. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
