Drunken Haddock

This recipe serves halibut, haddock, cod or other light white fish

Ingredients

  • Marinade:
  • 1.5 lb cleaned fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 bottle of beer
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbs black pepper
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup tarragon
  • 1/4 cup chives
  • 2 tbs granulated onion
  • Breadcrumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over to 350 degrees F.

Soak the fish in the marinade for 1 hour. Remove from marinade, but do not pat dry. Immediately add to casserole dish and pour a bit of liquids in the bottom.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and cook for 30 minutes.
