Amy's Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • 12 oz noodles
  • 3/4 lb gr beef
  • 1 lb mushrooms
  • 1 c onion
  • 4 beef boulion
  • 2 c boiling water
  • 1/2 t dried illweed
  • 1/4 t bl pepper
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • 3 T flour

Preparation

Step 1

Fry meat, shroom and onion.

Dissolve boulion in boiling water with
dill and pepper and add to meat.

Bring to a boil then reduce heat and cook uncovered until reduced by half.

Mix sour cream and flour, add to skillet.

Heat until thickened.

Cook noodles and serve.
