Desserts - Blueberry Triffle

Ingredients

  • 1 round Angel Food Cake
  • 2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding
  • 16 oz. of sour cream
  • 1/2 can of Blueberry Pie Filling

Preparation

Step 1

1 round Angel Food Cake – cut in half and then small pieces. Put one layer in bown in bite-size pieces

In a bowl mix 2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding according to package directions and 16 oz of sour cream. Put layer of Blueberry pie filling on cake (1/2 can). Pour half of pudding and sour cream mix. Repeat, ending up with sour cream and pudding. Can sprinkle pecans on top if desired. Refrigerate.
