Ingredients
- 8 c carrots, shredded
- 3/4 c Mayonaisse
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c vinegar
- 1 T onion, minced
- Dash salt and pepper
- 1/4 c raisins
- 3/4 c pineapple, crushed and drained
- 1/4 c walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Stir all ingredients together and chill 3-4 hours.
