Turnip Slaw

Ingredients

  • 3 * 3 cups shredded peeled turnips
  • 3 * 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 * 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 * 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

* Place turnips in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, parsley, vinegar, mayonnaise and salt; mix well. Pour over turnips; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: 6 servings.
