Ingredients
- 1 cup soya sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 - 1.5 tsp sambal
- 2 chopped scallions
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup panko
Preparation
Step 1
Poor 1/3 marinade over salmon.
Cover with 1/2 cup panko, then rest of marinade.
Marinate 15 minutes, then bake.
