Ingredients
- 1 cup solid pack pumpkin
- 1 pkg yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Combine pumpkin and cinnamon in medium bowl. Combine cake mix, eggs, sour cream, sugar, oil and water in large mixer bowl. Beat on low speed until moistened. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes.
Stir 2 1/2 cups batter into pumpkin mixture. Alternately spoon plain and pumpkin batters into greased 10-cup bundt or round tube pan.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 40 to 45 minutes or until wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean.
Cool in pan for 20 minutes; remove to wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
