Pot Pie Noodles
These noodles are traditionally served in Pennsylvania Dutch bott boi, colloquially known as pot pie, though it is more like a thick chicken stew with chewy egg noodle squares. They are delicious in any soup, but also boiled and served with butter and cheese.
