Ingredients
- 4 1" thick pork chops
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
- 1 tbs oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 thinly sliced gr pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 tbs chopped parsley
- 1 14oz can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. water
- hot cooked rice
Preparation
Step 1
Season chops with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Brown chops in oil. Add remaining ingredients except rice. Cover and cook over medium low heat 35 minutes. Serve over rice.
