Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients

  • 5 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 Tsp sugar
  • 1 Egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 Cup sliced fresh spinach
  • 2 Green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Boil broth and sugar. Reduce heat, drizzle beaten egg into hot broth. Remove from heat, stir in spinach and onion.
