- 5 Cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Tsp sugar
- 1 Egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 Cup sliced fresh spinach
- 2 Green onions

Boil broth and sugar. Reduce heat, drizzle beaten egg into hot broth. Remove from heat, stir in spinach and onion.
