Ingredients

  • 8 slices tendorized round steak (2"x6"pieces)
  • 8 small carrots
  • 6 potatoes (quartered)
  • 1 med. onion (sliced & torn in rings)
  • 1 small can baby carrots (drained)
  • mushroom soup (probably 2 cans)

Preparation

Step 1

Wrap the steak around the carrot and secure with a
toothpick,the roll in flour and brown. Add the rest of the ingredients and cover with the mushroom soup.
Cover the skillet and let simmer about an hour or until
the potatoes are tender.
