Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 1 carton dry cottage cheese,
  • 2 egg yolks,
  • Little onion if you like
  • Tbsp.sugsr,
  • 1/4 tsp salt.
  • Mix it up.
  • Dough:
  • 2 eggyolks slightly beaten,
  • 1/2 cup of warm water,
  • 3 about 3 cups flour

Preparation

Step 1

knead to soft dough [if needed add 1/4 cup water]

Roll out about about 1/4 in.
Cut in circles or 3 in. squares, add a tsp filling,
Bring two corners up and pinch shut tightly. Boil in boiling for ten minutes

Drain and fry in butter. or put cubes of butter fried breads over them.
