Ingredients
- Filling:
- 1 carton dry cottage cheese,
- 2 egg yolks,
- Little onion if you like
- Tbsp.sugsr,
- 1/4 tsp salt.
- Mix it up.
- Dough:
- 2 eggyolks slightly beaten,
- 1/2 cup of warm water,
- 3 about 3 cups flour
Preparation
Step 1
knead to soft dough [if needed add 1/4 cup water]
Roll out about about 1/4 in.
Cut in circles or 3 in. squares, add a tsp filling,
Bring two corners up and pinch shut tightly. Boil in boiling for ten minutes
Drain and fry in butter. or put cubes of butter fried breads over them.
