Homemade Pie Crust

Ingredients

  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Cut shortening into flour using a fork. When crumbly add other ingredients (adding enough liquid to make a stiff dough). Divide dough in half and roll out. What you don't use, place in a tight container and freeze. Or roll out, butter top, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top and slice into sections and bake.
