Hawaiian Pulled Chicken

Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced pineapple packed in water, drained
  • 1 large bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s Honey BBQ Sauce
  • 6-8 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a Crockpot, mix together, cook for several hours.

1 hour before serving, take chicken out and shred (it may be easier to shred it in the Crockpot).

Return to the Crockpot, mix; simmer for 30 minutes to an hour.

Serve over rice or on a bun.
