Carrot Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb cooked carrots, drained
  • 3/4 stick margarine
  • 1/4 lb Velveeta cheese, cut in cubes
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Corn flake crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

1. Melt slowly: Cheese, margarine, brown sugar and flour
2. Put drained carrots into greased 9x13 or 2 qt baking dish
3. Pour melted mixture over the carrots. Top with corn flake crumbs
4. Bake uncovered at 325 for 25 mins or until just bubbly
