Ingredients
- 2 pound bag of hash browns
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can milk, using evaporated milk can
- Salt and pepper
- 1 can onion rings (optional) or French fried onions
Preparation
Step 1
Mix soup, milks and seasonings together and alternating this mixture with the potatoes, fill up the Crockpot. Cook for 4 – 5 hours on high. Add onions during the last hour. You can add ham and peas to potatoes to make a different dish.
