Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes
  • 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion (Mom omits)
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Put in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 400º for one hour (raise or lower temperature according to when you want to eat them). Uncover and bake a few minutes more until top is browned.
