Sweet & Sour Sausage Balls

Ingredients

• Balls:
• 4 lbs- bulk sausage
• 4 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups- soft bread crumbs
• Sauce:
• 3 cups- ketchup
• 1/2 cup- soy sauce
• 3/4 cup- brown sugar
• 1/2 cup- white vinegar

Preparation

Step 1

Balls:

1. Mix ingredients and then saute in frying pan.

Sauce:
1. Combine ingredients and heat.

2. Add sausage balls and simmer 30 minutes
