Zonnie's Carrot Cake

Ingredients

• Frosting
• 1 stick margarine
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 lb 10X/powdered sugar
• 2 tsp vanilla
• Cake
• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 tsp. nutmeg
• 1 tsp cloves
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 1/2 cup buttermilk
• 3/4 cup Crisco
• 1/2 cup crushed pecans
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 1/2 cups carrots
• 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients well then~ Pour into 8 inch
cake pans which have been coated with
non~stick cooking spray........
for 3 layers bake each layer in 325 degree
oven for 20~25 minutes or until done............
