Ingredients
- Crust
- 1 12 c flour
- 1/4 t salt3 heaping T sugar
- 2 T milk
- 1/2 c oil
Preparation
Step 1
Mix and press into 9 inch pan. Brush with white of egg, bake at 350 for 15 min or till lightly brown.
Cool
Filling
peel, section and drain 5 grapefruit, save juice.
Mix 1 c sugar, 3 T cornstarch and reserved juice plus water to equal 1 1/2 cups. Boil 3 min & add 1 small package of Strawberry Jello, cool.
Add grapefruit when cooled. Chill at least 4 hours,
top with cool whip.
