Raspberry Cheese Danish

Ingredients

  • 8 oz tube crescent dough
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. confectioners sugar
  • raspberry jam

Preparation

Step 1

Unroll an 8 oz tube crescent dough and separate into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations, cut each in half, making 8 squares . Beat 4 oz cream cheese and confectioners sugar, spread 1 tbsp diagonally across each square. Top with 1 tbsp raspberry jam. Pinch 2 oposite corners of dough over filling to seal. Bake on parchment paper-lined baking sheets at 375 degrees for 8-10 min or until golden brown. Combine 1/2 c. confestioners sugar with 2 tsp milk and drizzle over danishes. Makes 8
