Eggnog Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBL melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup eggnog
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all dry ingredient together in a large bowl. Wisk eggs and melted butter together stir into eggnog. Now add the wet ingredients to the dry until just mixed. Place 1/4 - 1/3 cup batter in hot pan, cooking until golden brown.
