Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Egg whites
- 1/4 organic, no sugar added pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop organic vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbs. Ground Flaxseed
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of pumpkin spice (optional)
- 4 pecans finely chopped
- Top with a little powdered stevia
