Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive or vegetable oil
- 1 TBSP chopped fresh or 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 cups chopped deli rotisserie chicken (from 2 to 2 1/2 lb. chicken)
- 1/2 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced ripe olives
- 2 cans (15.5 oz each) great northern beans, drained
Preparation
Step 1
In 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook basil and garlic in oil 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cook, stirring frequently, until hot.
